The initial humanitarian work of the Phoenix Forge Foundation begins with veterans. We are building a 21-acre tiny home community, equine-assisted therapy programming, and free Sovereign Substrate training — so veterans don't just receive aid, they lead it.

The Foundation is developing a 21-acre tiny home community dedicated to veterans. The land provides space for permanent housing, community gardens, and the infrastructure necessary for veterans to rebuild civilian life with dignity and autonomy.
Healing through the horse-human bond
Equine-assisted therapy is a proven path for veterans dealing with PTSD, anxiety, and transition stress. The Foundation is building programming that pairs veterans with horses in a structured, therapeutic environment — restoring confidence, trust, and the ability to lead.
Free skills — deploy, operate, and teach the Substrate
Veterans receive free, hands-on training and certifications on the Sovereign Substrate. They become the first operators, deployers, and instructors — the tip of the spear that gets trained, deploys the technology, and then helps other veterans do the same.
From recipients to instructors — the force multiplies
The goal is not charity. It is to build a self-sustaining cycle where veterans trained on the Substrate return to their communities, deploy sovereign infrastructure, and train the next wave. Veterans serve veterans — mission capital returns to mission.
